In December of 2007, Iverson Language Associates, Inc. received its ISO 9001:2000 registration from NSF International Strategic Registration. Having received an ISO 9001:2000 Registration through independent audit, Iverson Language Associates has demonstrated a company-wide implementation of an internationally-recognized (157 countries) Quality Management System that encompasses all client interaction, employee training, customer relations, service development and protocols, service delivery, timeliness and accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Iverson's Quality Management System requires a documented process and covers any activity that contributes to the output of the final "product" (in this case, translation). Iverson strives to maintain the confidence of its clients while continuously improving their translation process.
